Property Managers Using Airbnb?
I was hoping some PMs here could give some insight – I’m an Airbnb host, and a property management company reached out to me because they wanted to list apartments on Airbnb and wanted an experienced host involved in the setup. (This seemed like a surprisingly sensible approach – a lot of the corporate-managed Airbnbs do terribly because they don’t actually have experience with hosting on Airbnb, whereas I really love figuring out what will give guests a great experience, and how to target listings to guests who will love them.)

I’ve heard only good things. There’s insurance, and your place is getting cleaned very frequently. If you’ve already got the furniture (which it sounds like you do), then you might as well go for it.
